This is a time for you as the mama to recover, get to know your baby and find how to navigate your new family dynamic. Postpartum support is crucial to feeling nurtured instead of depleted as you embark on this new chapter.
Nurturing support in 3-hour home visits postpartum. Visits can include feeding mama, meal prep, light bodywork, bath and steam preparation, holding space, and/or holding baby.

Yoni steams have a myriad of benefits for postpartum recovery. Steam package includes herbs for 5 steams, in-home set-up demonstration, instruction, and text/call support.
