As your doula I am by your side through pregnancy, birth, and those early postpartum days. I provide support, resources, and advocation for you, your partner, and your baby.

As your doula, my support is catered to your needs, but often includes:

Prenatal Support

Two 2-3 hour prenatal visits at 32 and 36 weeks
Text support throughout entirety of pregnancy
Comprehensive list of resources
Education, birth plan prep, postpartum prep, and more

Labor Support

On call at 37 weeks until birth of your baby
Continued support from early labor through birth, and 2-3 hours immediately postpartum
Emotional support
Physical support such as massage, acupressure, etc.
Advocacy

Postpartum Support

One 2-3 hour postpartum visit where we will share a warming meal while we chat about your birth experience
Newborn care and breastfeeding support
Postpartum resources
Text support during the first three weeks postpartum
